Coolpad legacy. Paired to cars Bluetooth hands free device. When making a call or receiving a call the phone powers down n starts to reboot getting to the screen security n stoping. It's not my cars device because my other phones have no problem. I returned the first two phones within * days using the warranty. I received two more phones and they have the same problem. Called cust support they have no answer or try to rectify this problem. I went to store I bought it at they flat out refuse to do anything That it's past the * day return. I wanted to return them at * days but they told me all sales on upgrades are final. I ask for the owner's name n number n they refuse to give me any info claiming privacy I need to go to local corporate store but wouldn't give me the store * because they don't have a direct line. I'm told I can't use the warranty again because I already did. I paid over $*** for the phones and accessories (which is a different problem) and they refused to honor my extra $** rebate each phone claiming it's only valid at participating stores. All I wanted was a working phone. They can care less if I get one or two. Now all I want is my money back including taxes, activation fees(which I shouldn't have had to pay since I'm already a customer) and accessories plus some $** charge for service (our acct was already paid in advance) minus prorated usage. I'll take my business elsewhere. If you truly care about keeping your customers at least offer me two phones are an upgrade from the Coolpad. Same or close to screen size n camera are very important. Storage n memory upgraded. That's not much to give to keep my service. Especially given all the lies I was told and the lack of the store reps concern and cust. Service. They were very rude and not very knowledgeable about accessories out on the market. For example asked if store carried the device that plugs into the charging port of a phone to make it compatible to wireless charging. She told me there was no such device and the only phones that have that capability are the ones with a glass screen. This store reps are undertrained or they choose not to answer with a truthful answer just to avoid having to actually work. I have managed stores before and this is horrible customer service. The reps at call center are nice but seems they are very limited or they go by a script. If you would like to change the in store experience for customers give me a call.
