I purchased a brand new phone from metro about a week week and a half ago. I asked him the day I purchased it if they are putting a screen protector on it, which she told me no they don't do that. as long as I've been dealing with metro they always put a screen protector on it the day you purchase it. She told me they were busy and to come back another day. I've been having issues with the speaker on it and flickering. Last night my phone dropped shattered the whole front glass. I asked them if they would still under contract to let me bring my phone in haven't looked at for the problems but because the glass is broken they will not do anything for me with my phone. I am not happy with the way it's been working needed to know what I can do about this and to talk to somebody about not having my screen protector which caused me to not be able to bring my phone in at all to be replaced or looked at. I am extremely upset over this considering I paid $*** for it. Please get back with me *** *** ****
