I have had Metro service for several years and have always paid by automatic withdrawal. Some months ago I misplaced my credit card and called my bank to put it on hold. The following day I found the card and reversed the withdrawal. All of my automatic withdrawals were in effect again except Metro. I was told that once a card is put on hold automatic withdrawal is cancelled. I would like to know how I can have auto withdrawal activated again.
