Subject: $** refond :*On ******** I accidentally double paid my phone bill reason why I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get off work in time to pay my bill so I had a friend to go and store and pay my bill for me I had not heard from my friend by the time I got off work so I initially didn’t want to use my credit card but by me not hearing from my friend I want to head and made a payment from my credit card lo and behold afterwords I heard from my friend which told me she had paid my bill so I called customer care for them to refund my $** back to my credit card which I was told by a representative Paul ID number ****** That my $** payment would be refunded in * to ** days I waited the time and check my credit card statement account and the money had not been refunded I call again on ** January to find out what happened and why was my credit card not refund it only to be told by the next person that it was close and I cannot get a refund the reference number for my refund check it was ********* my question is * *. Why was I not refunded my money as I was told I would be a number two why is it that I only have a $** credit on my account I will like to know what happened to my $** that I should’ve been refunded please respond ASAP thank you my name is larry evans and apone security Safety reasons I love furnished upon asking
