Last month my bill waa due on the * th it was cjt off rwo weeks early and i slent * hours in the store trying to correct the mistake. Having no luck fkr longer than two hours i decided to just pay the bill i spent another * hours unable to even pay the bill. So, they ebded up turning my phone back on and said it woukd be due again on the *th. Here we are again. Ive been trying to pay the bill for several hours unsuccessfully. It says that my pin and password are both incorrect. This is the swcond full day completely wasted due to this problem. I need to get the correct passwords and billing date so i can pay my phone bill. Please help! Time is money!*Sincerely***Jason griffin*Bery disgruntled customer
