I have been informed by representative on issues on call details. They stated that web should have current updated info. Which is always incorrect..I have talked to several reps and all of them misinformed need with: system technical issues, I have to upgrade metro web on my phone, research has to be done...Not One of them ever called me back on an update!!! Since updated info on my call details was never done online I requested for a credit from day * on adding services. I'm due for an upgrade and wanted a phone on promotion and one rep stated since I'm not switching lines I'm eligible for a free upgrade, another one stated I am not eligible for promotion because I'm not a new customer... I spoke with Mabec ******* today said that it's up to an authorized dealer discretion to honor the free phone promotion and there is no way to provide which location does. She even stated my account was noted inquiring about upgrade and there is no way to pull up the representative who advised me I qualify for an upgrade and can take advantage of promo of $* cellphones offer. She even stated that I need to contact corporate office in resolving my issues! This is false advertisement! I also wanted to add my tablet and he started you don't do that. This is poor customer service!!!

GetHuman-kkingjoz did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
