I have been without internet access from approximately *pm (Sat. Nov. *). I am a Rideshare driver and Saturdays are my busiest and most profitable day of the week. However today I have been unable to work due to lack of*weakened signal. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. My weekly schedule usually allows me to have Sundays & Mondays off...HOWEVER...if my service allows, I will be forced to work Sunday...which will incur a babysitting fee for someone to watch my grandson. This is beyond frustrating and very inconvenient. *Therefore,I am asking for reimbursement for my wages lost today. Typically I make $*** during my shift Saturday night*Sunday morning...but I will accept * months of my phone bill being waived as compensation. I'm hoping it was due to the fact that Metro PCS is joining T Mobile's network and after this our service will be EXCELLENT...however...this was a GREAT INCONVENIENCE nonetheless. I am not the only person who was having issues...I read posts in a couple Facebook rideshare groups I am in. Several suggested to us to reach out to you all,which I did, with no permanent solution. Everything seemed to be working but within * minutes I was unable to obtain internet connection once again. I have been a very very long time customer of Metro PCS...if I'm not mistakened I got my first Nokia phone in *********... I have had my current * (***-***-****)for at least ** years. I feel I am not being unreasonable with my request. If someone needs to speak with me feel free to notify me at my * above. I do expect someone to reach out to me this upcoming week.
