I purchased an LG Q** from your Flatbush Ave store on Oct ** ****, however when i got home i discovered that the item was too small compared to what i wanted. I returned today to return or exchange but your very rude Associate told me that it cannot be returned or exchange. I was right next to a customer when the supervisor told her that can get a refund if she not satisfied. I respect your policy but is the a double standard? I have been wit your company for more than * years and never had a problem. Thanks for a speedy reply. Roxanne
