Last month I had to pay $** to have my normally $** unlimited plan turned back on.*Then this month when I try to pay my new bill for the month it's $** once again instead of $** so I tried to call metro but the CS automated phone line will not let me talk to a live person to fix this. Also for the last at least * months I wasn't able to pay my bill is until it was more than * week past due and when I did I was only able to have service for * weeks before I was told I had to pay again. Therefore I paid Metro for * months but only got ** days of service. What kind of greed is that? ***** your customer of more than * years out of service they paid for and then make it so they can't talk to someone to try and get it fixed.*That's a very sleezy way of doing business and should be against FCC and or FTC regulations. But that's what happens when corporate sociopaths run these companies. *The American people have had enough and it won't be much longer before things are made right again and the bad corporations get their charters pulled and their assets taken from them the way it use to be.*My Phone number is (***) ***-**** please fix this.
