Help with my Metro PCS issue

The issue in GetHuman1357900's own words
I purchased an Alcatel ****Z A** Fierce Blk Tmus Kit on **-*-** as an upgrade. I returned the phone on **-*-** because it would not connect to the wifi or internet. The store then ordered a replacement through the warranty, I received the phone approximately * days later. The I returned that phone on **-**-** because it stopped charging. The store again ordered a replacement. At this point I am willing to pay the difference for a different phone. I was informed by the stores staff that this particular phone has a lot of glitches. I would like to avoid any further frustration by being allowed to choose a different brand.
GetHuman1357900 did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
