Get a decent phone ... I have been a customer for years, I had insurance on my phones until they refused to cover a phone that died for no reason saying I broke it somehow. I am now on my fourth phone in less than a year. I feel like after so long we should be offered a free phone of decent value, seeing as how we have to buy multiples throughout the year. Not to mention my husband and two of my children are on their second and third phones for the year. I love the service, but honestly long time customers get zero incentive.
