iPhone *s Plus * I was trying to buy a phone that would work because I have a lot of help issues and a single mom of a nine-year-old boy and it is turned into a nightmare . All I want is for them to replace the phone with the exact phone that I bought for the exact monetary value and possibly reimburse me for paying for four months of service that the phone has not worked completely . ... On June **, **** I bought a used iPhone *s Plus with a cracked screen, unlocked from Jason reed an authorized dealer in Troy Ohio . He charge me $*** for the phone I still have the receipt, and immediately I had problems with it not connecting to the Internet not sending messages failing calls, etc. I contacted customer support on the **th. To date I have contacted customer service by phone ** times and I’ve went into the store over ** . Jason told me I needed proof that the phone wouldn’t work because when I would take it to his store it would work just fine I didn’t realize that it was connecting to his Wi-Fi which she had to input himself earlier because I didn’t, and showing that it was fine because when it’s connected to Wi-Fi is the only time my phone will work. He didn’t proceeded to not answer my phone calls I went in the store one more time and he made me just lose it and I was just crying because of how he was talking to me . So I have not been back into store until *-**-****. And I took my brother with me as a witness . Now keep in mind prior to the **th of **** when he stopped contacting me I went to the piqua ohio store to get help . The representative in the store was young was very nice and he got me in contact with the manager named Matt Ellington . I talked to Matt he said he wanted all the details he took all my information and then after that he said I needed to speak with Rachel who was the district manager of Huber height Piqua and Troy store. Rachel never contacted me and then that stopped answering my text and my phone calls . So then I decided to go to another store I want to Huber Heights Ohio store on Brandt . I talked with Jessica she told me to come into the store and they would help me . I went into the store talk to their manager she wrote down my information and told me she was going to have Rachel the district manager get in touch with me . after telling me that Jason Reid has done this before he’s been wrote up for it many times and that he sells unlocked iPhones that he’s not supposed to sell because metro can’t back them up . Two weeks later after the third time contacting them again I speak to a really nasty employee on the phone she told me that Rachel told her to tell me that it’s not her problem and that she can’t do anything about it she can’t make him refund my money and basically that they don’t care . So that when I took my brother into the store again to see Jason and he said that he has another *S plus that he will give me and then he’s going to sell my phone and it’s gonna work just fine . He is not trying to give me the *S plus rose gold that I bought with *** GB of storage and he promised to replace the screen when I bought the phone because it was cracked and he hasn’t done that he’s trying to say that I did that to the screen . so I need help I’m contacting the BBB Nex-Tech about Jason company iron wireless LLC and a MetroPCS separately . I am disabled and I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and treated very and just fully and from what I can see and read is this company does this to a lot of people . Like I said I have over *** screenshots proving that my phone does not work . my son was outside playing with his friends called me told me he had cut himself I get there there’s blood everywhere I have to rush him to the hospital in my car because I couldn’t call and ambulance because my phone wouldn’t work . This is been going for three over three months I’m done I’ve had it. I’m finished.
because I’m disabled I have health issues that this is not good if I don’t have open communication to an ambulance or my sons school or you know like when he got hurt I can call ambulance I had to take him to the ER myself . I also have a **-year-old mother who is not in good health . Along with myself my brother is disabled as well . So I’m in a very hard place right now with this situation because I went to everybody and nobody will help me .
I want the same exact phone that I bought replaced with a new one and I want reimbursed possibly for paying for months of service that the phone has not worked .
I’m a good customer because I pay my bills on time and I have four lines on this account .
I have went to Jason Reed at a store himself over ** times I have called customer service over ** times I’ve went to the Huber Heights store and asked for their help I have went to the piqua store and ask for their help and I went to Rachel the district manager and asked for her help and she just even refused to contact me .
