I want a rebate on the ** days I had left that I didn't use on my account.... ... I paid my Metro PCS Bill on ******* & switch carriers on *******. My Metro PCS phone was turned off immediately. I only used * days. My bill was paid up through *******. No one would help me get a refund on my debit card for the ** days that I had left. I went to Corp stores as well ad authorized dealers. You could not get through on the the internet or by phone...No one could help or any place could help...I think I deserve some sort of rebate on my $. I would never recommend Metro PCS to anyone. I could never reach anyone it was always an automated phone call where you could never speak wit a live person....
I want a rebate on my ** unused days....
I always paid my bill on time every month...
Phone calls, internet, going to license retail stores & company stores...Like I said terrible Customer Service....
