I need help please. My bill was paid on line on August.*,**** for $**.**. My phone say's it has been suspended for failure to pay. My bill is not due yet and I have that confirmation number of *********. I have tried calling your customer service number several times and I keep getting the automated voice recording. I called the office in Clovis, N.M and they were no help. I need this fixed as soon as possible. My cell phone is ***-***-****
