So, before I used to be on a different plan with * lines. Me and this other person both shared it and split the bill at the end of each cycle. A while ago, that person went into a metropcs store without telling me and changed our plan so we both have separate accounts now.**The thing is, I paid half of the bill right before she changed our plan, it wasn’t fully paid off yet. But the money didn’t go into the next month’s billing cycle, so where did it go? Is there a way for me to get a refund?
