The issue in GetHuman-loskot_h's own words
So what happened was, I was browsing through the additional features and selected a couple of them by accident and it has charged me for those and I'm trying to figure out how to cancel the payment. It is $** and it has shut off my phone as if I haven't paid for the monthly payment. I did just payed for the monthly payment * days ago. Can you please help me with this? I've tried calling customer service but I haven't had any luck speaking with an actual person to help me.
