My wife's phone stopped getting service at our house a couple weeks ago, she has been on the phone with customer service and support, had her phone rebooted, and done everything else asked of her. She had a professional non MetroPCS employee, look at her phone and nothing is wrong with the phone itself. She was told to go to the store in Forest City North Carolina which is our home store and get a signal booster. When I go in the store the guy behind the counter says there is no such thing and when I questioned him about it he rolls his eyes and giggles. Very unprofessional and rude, also the girl working there did the same thing. Why would you tell me to go get a signal booster when none exist? If this problem is not resolved immediately I will take my business somewhere else and go to social media and let everyone know the type of service to expect from Metro PCS.
