On ********* at **:**:**, I went into the Metro PCS on ***** Abercorn Street, Savannah, Ga *****, phone: ***-***-****, to pay a phone bill for a friend. Transaction number: ******. I approached the door and it was locked. I looked inside and the agent Shantell G. had head down resting sideways on her hand* her eye's closed. So, I yelled and asked if they were open, she shook her head yes. I continued to try and get inside the store. She just sit there and starred saying nothing. Finally, I tried the other door and got in. I apologized to her. She said nothing, got up and moved to the register. She just starred at me still saying nothing. I gave her the phone number of the bill I wanted to pay. She was still starring and saying nothing. I asked her to verify the name of the person on the computer screen that I was paying the bill for. She said in a rude manner, "you give me the name, I don't give it to you". So, I explained that the reason I asked was because previously I had paid this same bill only for it to be paid to someone else account. She is still starring saying nothing. Shoved the receipt in my hand. As I walked out of the store, she said nothing. Her body language, non caring attitude and lack of response to me was negative, rude and non verbal. What happened to customer service? Horrible representation for your company. She needs to go back through customer service training and constant supervision.
