The issue in GetHuman-derrekf's own words
My * month old daughter was in the hospital with pneumonia * weeks ago so clearly I was unable to work that week. I spoke with a representative via phone about making a payment arrangement & was told there was nothing she could do. I can pay the balance in full this Friday, July *th. It's imperative I have a working phone seeing as I have a very ill mother and a daughter which is still under doctors watch. I've NEVER heard of a phone company that only allows a ** hour extension. If I do not get this extension for July *th, I will certainly be switching carriers because that is absolutely ridiculous. I was with ATT for several years and they always, ALWAYS worked with their costumers with payment extensions. As stated, the bill will be paid on July *th, **** if this extension is allowed. If not, I'll switch carriers.
GetHuman-derrekf did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
