I need someone to help me by phone. I have had nothing but problems either with the service or my phone . I think the settings need someone to walk me through the settings to make sure they are right bit I prefer a live phone call or if there is a way to email me with the correct settings for my phone. It is a ZTE *** purchased from Metro pcs please send by email if not please give me a phone number

As it turned out the metro PCs store that signed me up didn't ever set it up at all under settings. Every setting said None... That means that since January I have been paying for a phone that did nothing but make phone calls. I had no data to sign on and use the web. I paid for it but couldn't figure out why my husband who uses Verizon always had data and a great connection while I had none. I ju kept thinking that it was Metro PCs and was going to switch to someone else. After I called and someone walked me through Rachel setting and told mm e what was supposed to say then its been great so far. But I just can't believe that the original sales person didn't set it or tell me how. I am paying **$ a month for every thing and was only able to use the phone to call. I am very disappointed with this company because of that and I wasn't even given any compensation for* months that I couldn't use the services. Just very disappointed because I had absolutely no issues with my old company.
