On June * St I left for Barbados and just came back last night and discovered I have no service which shocked me because on May **st I went to the payment center and paid my bill. So why is my service off? Why can't I get in contact with an agent*representative? And why does it say I owe $**.**? **Also, last night when I returned I asked for extension because that seems to be only way that I could even get anything done yet when I try to call MetroPCS, the automated representative is asking me if I want an extension. What is going on?
