I've spent days trying to reach MPC customer care Re: reference * INC*******. Please let me know the outcome of your troubleshooting* is the Network lock problem on your end or T-MOBILE. Is it possible for MPC to make sure that the phone was properly unlocked in the first place? I'd rather speak with a live person. ***-***-****. Ps, I wouldn't recommend anyone to you due to your phobe support. It is the WORST I have ever@cone accross. Absolute worst.
