I bought a axess speaker from your door Secor location Metro PCS Toledo Ohio it's not ** up with my phone however the lights and everything is working the faculty at the MetroPCS store told me that I must have dropped my speaker and that's why it's not ** with my phone however the situation happened about a month ago and they said it was in my settings of my phone so I want the situation to be resolved because this is the second speaker I have bought from MetroPCS access that now I've I'm in debt almost $*** and speakers and I have no service with my speakers to my phone
