call, text, data...no network functionality ... My wife and I are both experiencing no service on our phones (Metro PCS). I've checked and it seems like there is a major outage of tmobile network locally. When will service be back up? *Also, I would like our services to be prorated for the past day since we have not been able to use the service for which we pay.
Metro PCS would not acknowledge that the network was down despite widespread reports by many people on two separate outage websites
Acknowledge there is an issue...*...refrain from lying...*...treat customers fairly and prorate their service today since the service already paid for is unavailable
I've been with Metro PCS for * years but that run might be over soon...
multiple things with my individual handset* turn off*restart, change APN, change it back, etc...it's not just my phone
