I want to talk to a live rep. I paid my bill over the phone this morning with my debit card and it took the money, now metro have a hold on my money as for what my bank says and it's not giving me credit like I didn't pay my phone bill, I am so fustrated right now my mother had a stroke yesterday I don't want any extra stress and the fustrated part I can't talk to anyone I'm just about to change companies.
