When I was trying to access my account to switch service from one device to another I was told I had a high security password on my account this is something that I did not do I've had this phone number for approximately three years I've always known my password so I was sitting there saying to have a high security password ... I ran into a problem when I could not get the customer service rep to access my account due to high security password that I did not put on there
It was unable to get into my phone so that I can use it or to access my account in other words
So that is unfair because I am being punished for something that I didn't do I don't know if my phone was hacked for whatever the reason is I'm being very inconvenienced
I have an issue with Metro PCS too
