I Started selling with Mercari * weeks ago or so. I have about $*k sitting in my account IN Mercari, and when I first started selling with Mercari, I "verified" my account. I provided full legal name, phone number, a picture of my ID, and a SSN. They verified my identity and I got the blue check mark on my account indicating that I and my Mercari shop were legitimate. Tody, I went on my store to see what was going on because sales have slowed to a stop over the last ** hours to find that my account is restricted because Mercari states they have to verify my identity. I would be happy to do it again BUT I haven't received a link in the notifications section of my account to do it nor have I received an email requesting for me to do it. Also, when I go to the section of my account where it shows I am verified, I can't delete the already verified status and start over. Now, my account is just in limbo for no reason and with no instructions on how to get it unfrozen. This is affecting my sales AND I have $*k of MY MONEY saved on the Mercari app that I have not transferred into my bank account yet. I can't find anyone to talk to at Mercari.
