I just think it's so interesting that you have people working to monitor *ur every conversation, but when it comes to customer service, problems, getting paid, you guys are nowhere to be found. Your app glitched n wouldn't release my funds w instant pay, n now I'm having to wait days, making my rent late bec* no one from ur team will respond. But when I got a custom order, not something appropriate on Mercari, Etsy is the app for something like that, u come in an delete the convo. When designing a custom order, we need to be able to send pics n u can't do that on Mercari. So if ur employees have the time to monitor conversations, don't think it would be good CS if they took the time to answer emails n phone calls too?**I also can't figure out why on my last order, the package in totality, weighed under ** oz. Then I get a notification when trying to close the order, that I chose the wrong weight. I'm not paying $*.** when I can pay $*.**. I'm sure Mercari mAkes money off our shipping, but my box gets weighed at the PO n at home,: I know what to select. **I'm still waiting for my funds to drop, so there's not much u can do there, either.
