Prepaid label wouldn't work at post office. I had to pay for shipping myself. I contact customer support about this but not once did the agent listen to what I was saying. I'm a customer and a seller! This past year alone between selling and buying it's well over $**,***. I don't deserve being treated like I don't know what I'm doing when all I asked for was refund for shipping I had to pay for after the shipping label was flawed. I'm beyond mad about this! Im always kind and understanding but this agent needs to learn how to handle costumer issues. I'd like to speak with a supervisor.
