I purchased a pair of ladies Durango cowboy boots for $76.00 last month, and the payment was deducted from my credit card. Unfortunately, I have not received the boots yet. The seller, located in Harper's Ferry, West Virginia, is unresponsive. I ordered a size 7 1/8, and coincidentally, there is a similar pair listed as a size 8 by Miss V on your website for the same price. I would like either the boots I ordered or a refund of my money. Due to recent home repairs, the discovery of asbestos has forced me to stay away from my house for a while. Now that I have returned after more than three days, I am finding that some items I purchased have arrived broken. Although I reached out a week ago seeking guidance on how to proceed, I have not received any response yet. I am hesitant to pay for damaged goods simply because the return window has passed.

I recently sold a pair of Air Force 1 Para-Noise G Dragons sneakers coated with black paint that peels off to reveal another design underneath. Listed as never worn, they were purchased directly from Nike SNKRS, with the receipt sent to the buyer. However, the buyer claims StockX refused the shoes, even though they were delivered on Dec 20th and he received the email on Dec 19th. I fear he may seek a refund and keep my authentic sneakers. I purchased an Xbox One X, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged because of inadequate packaging during shipping. Despite trying to request a refund, I received a message stating that the item doesn't qualify. I have contacted the seller, who is attempting to reach out to Mercari on my behalf for a refund. Hello, I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent purchase I made on 11/30/19. The payment was deducted from my account, but I have yet to receive the package. There have been no notifications from the seller and the item has not even been shipped, despite a FedEx label being created. This situation seems suspicious to me, and I suspect it might be a scam. I was hoping to give this item as a gift, but it has been three weeks and there's been no progress. Due to these issues, I will avoid using Mercadi in the future. My main request is to receive a full refund for this transaction.

I bought a pair of shoes on 12/10/19, but I have not received any shipping information yet. I am interested in canceling my order, but I am having trouble reaching the seller. There seems to be no option on the website to send a message to the seller directly. When I called customer service, they were unable to assist with the cancellation and directed me to the chat feature, where I was informed there would be a monthly fee to cancel. I find it unreasonable to be charged for canceling my purchase when the seller has not provided any shipping updates or communication. The item I purchased is M[redacted]6.

I purchased a set of six perfume bottles, but unfortunately, upon receiving them, I discovered they were filled with colored water or tea instead of fragrance. I am seeking assistance to review the communication history between myself, the buyer, and the seller concerning the purchase of 5 perfume bottles. I received a defective paint sprayer from Makari, and I have been trying to contact the seller to return it without success. I have spent hours on hold via phone, but the call always disconnects after 26 minutes. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service. Even the help center has been unable to assist me. I am very frustrated right now. There seems to be an issue with the email address you have on file for me, which has resulted in my daughter's gift not being delivered as scheduled for Saturday. I recently sold two iPhones that were practically brand new. I provided photos and carefully packaged both phones. However, upon receiving the items, the buyers requested a refund. One even went as far as texting my email claiming the phones were fake. I can confirm that the phones sold were official Apple iPhone 6s and 8 Plus models. I purchased the Whitney Simmons x Gymshark (Black) sports bra on Mercari, but unfortunately, the order arrived with the wrong padding. Despite my communication with the seller about my preference for the original or thicker padding, I received a super flimsy padding instead. I am not seeking a return but would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving a partial refund. I am confirming the delivery of the item I sold. The UPS tracking number 1Z6A[redacted][redacted] shows it was delivered to the front door on December 20, [redacted], at 4:49 p.m. The buyer @Dunnfunn in Edinburg, TX, claims it was not delivered, mentioning she lives in a gated community and suspects UPS drivers of being lazy. I, Debbie Petrella, the seller (dunn rite), have been attempting to contact UPS but have faced issues with the phone line disconnecting after a 20-minute wait each time. This service experience has been frustrating.

I am writing to address an issue with a buyer who damaged a wig I sold. The wig I sent had a black base with some blonde pieces. The buyer attempted to cancel the order after it was shipped, displaying aggressive behavior by repeatedly trying to cancel. Upon receiving the wig, she intentionally pulled out the blonde extensions and damaged it with a substance, falsely claiming it was a different item. Despite providing pictures as evidence, the customer service representative named Shayla refused a refund, abruptly ending the conversation. I have a strong selling record, particularly with wigs. It is concerning that someone with minimal feedback can manipulate the system this way. I am willing to provide additional photos to prove the wig's condition. If this issue remains unresolved and I am blocked, I will seek legal action. Attached are the pictures for reference.
