Hello, I’ve been trying to get in contact with a buyer who bought a Disney pin from me a few weeks back about if she got the pin but even after trying to message her multiple times she refuses to respond to me. My pin was shown as “awaiting delivery scan” so it doesn’t show delivered but I know it was and now the buyer won’t release my funds and I’m pretty sure has blocked me on mercari. I’d like to get this resolved soon because I’ve given her ample time to contact me back and the product hasn’t been returned so I know they have it.
