My customer bought a **kt bracelet and after * days of it being delivered he claimed he got a different item. Now he returned me a dvd and * boxes of playing cards NOT THE BRACELET I SENT HIM *I uploaded photos of the package ON THE APP just prior to going to the post office to ship the bracelet , also photos of the necklace in my possession and a photo of me wearing it on my wrist prior to shipping (to show width and detail) customer got this bracelet at a very good price in the first place (it’s appraised over $****)*I am also uploading Photos of my actual receipt from mailing it to him at the correct address on file with mercari. First the customer claimed he never got a package. Then appears to have taken the bracelet and TRIED to “refuse” shipment the next day (the post office declined because he had opened*tampered with the package already) so then it gets redelivered to him the following day and since he couldn’t refuse and return to sender now he contacts mercari and tries to say item he received isn’t the necklace which is not correct. The bracelet was packaged very carefully and I used lots of gorilla tape to ensure it could not be tampered with and arrived safely *My customer is claiming he never got the necklace AFTER he had it in his possession for over ** hours.(in hopes of getting to keep the bracelet as well as get a refund) this is not fair to me or mercari , the customer Never said anything to me when it was delivered but * days later opened a return request. I’m unsure why the request was even approved in the first place. I have over *** completed orders on mercari and EXCELLENT ratings. I always ship fast and never have any issues like this. Can you please have a supervisor review this item so I can get paid. If anything else is needed I can fax documents of my postal receipt, photos* video of me packing and shipping the necklace as well as I took photos and copy’s of the actual box I sent him priority mail. Whatever needs to be done to have my rating by mercari. This is a pretty large order for me and I can not afford to lose the item as well as not get paid for my necklace. Thank you for your time!
