Customer wanted to return & did return item. I know there was no issue when I sent it & want to do dispute it. The one shoe is now wobbly which it was not when so sent them & box is all smashed.I would like to speak with someone at Mercari as I now have an item I can't sell. I have a great selling record which I feel should have been taken into account and was not.
