What happened:*The bus was supposed to depart at *:** so I arrived at *:** and stood in line. I asked the person in front of me if this was the boston line and he said yes and so did the person in front of that one. I waited for ** minutes and the line did not move. The line was actually to New York and the * people in front were also in the wrong line and gave me false information. After the ** minutes I asked an employee and they said that it already left...*This is not megabus's fault however I have been using megabus to go back and forth to philly and boston since I started going to college in Boston last year. It would mean alot to me of you can simply reschedule my ticket to the one that is tonight at **:** (Nov. ** Sunday). I plan on continuing to use megabus for my travels for the next * years. The help would be greatly appreciated. **Thank you,*Fahad Zeidieh
