I had a ticket for * pm from Washington D.C. Union Station to New York *th Ave and **th St. I got there at *:** pm and waited on line with multiple other people. It was over *:** and the bus still did not come. We got news the bus broke down on the ramp. It was * and the bus still did not arrive. The weather was harsh and turning unbearable. I couldn’t wait any longer as I would get to NYC too late and miss the last train back to White Plains Ny for the night. I decided to stay one more day. So tomorrow November **,****. I would like to purchase a new ticket. But I would like a full refund for the ticket already purchased. *Reservation number: **-****-******-M**R-****-WAS-NEW*Thank you , Hopefully I will have a response soon.
