jacOn Friday Nov. *,**** I had reservations (**-****-******-M*R****)LIT-MEM. SEAT** (**-****-******-M**R-****)MEM-ATL.I had a bad experience with MEGABUS.The seat that I reserved was occupied when I got on the bus. I approached the passenger and informed him that he was in my seat.He got very rude and hostile towards me.I feared for my life and was very uncomfortable riding the bus.The passenger in seat ** was occupying seat ** and **. I was sitting on the edge of seat** with half of my body hanging off the seat. I was not able to sit back and relax due to the passenger next to me.I had to put the arm down to keep from falling on the floor.I am a old lady and have serious medical conditions due to a (Brian Tumor).I was forced to ride two hours in pain and agony, sitting straight up the whole trip with the passenger in seat ** squeezing me and the armrest applying pressure to my side.When I arrived in MEM I was in so much pain and was experienceing severe headaches and very nauseous for the remainder of the trip.When I arrived in ATL I had to lye down immediately when I arrived at my destination. The plans that we had I was not able to attend due to the severe headaches and the pain and soreness I was enduring. I really hope this matter can be resolved and soon as possible and I expected to be hearing from someone soon.
