The issue in GetHuman857999's own words
Me and other people sat at the Mobile transit station for hours. I arrived at *:**pm. The bus was scheduled for *:**pm. After waiting I called customer service the first time at exactly *:**pm and at least several other times. I have screenshots that I will be printing out as proof of my calls and how long I spoke with some. Two agents and a supervisor told me the bus was delayed. When I tracked the bus online it did not show that. All of the other calls were saying the bus left at ****. That impossible if I was there at *:** and I wasn't the only customer there, which I kept stating. They all kept reading a script then hanging up even the supervisors. I'm not racist but I asked several times to speak to someone in higher authority or a US representative and each time they all said " if there is not anything can help you with I'm disconnecting the call" and the hung up. I've worked and still working customer service with ** years of experience and the Megabus is the worse. I emailed twice and they hung up on me when I tried to get information about refunds. They were the absolute worse and they should be fired. I was never asked any questions. They did not ask if I was at the right location, etc. They kept saying you missed the bus but I was there at *:**. If I can get the Mobile transit bus to show proof of there bus camera that I was waiting there from *:**-*:**pm waiting and a bus never came. I was never helped and they didn't listen when I asked why the other people said the bus was delayed. I'm not the only person waiting as well but they did not care. I am contacting a lawyer for small claims court if o have to sue. I spoke with exactly ten agents including supervisor to not have been happening. Your people are so monotone and should never hang up without at least helping me. I want my money. And when I asked to help not another one I was told to pay for the whole ticket again. Why pay for my Sunday ticket if I haven't missed it yet. Someone else called in and they did not help them either. I'm gathering my bank statement, ticket receipt, I used time of at work and had other expenses because of this important trip. I will be getting a lawyer for all of my money because this is fraudulent. The new Orleans Megabus driver was even there and said he was going to Louisiana and the Atlanta but still was not there but I'm being told repeatedly I missed it when I arrived at *:**. I've ride Megabus before and I've never had an issue.
