I had initially tried a * day trial and if I liked it I was going to go forward and do a one month subscription. However, I ended up cancelling the trial and not going forward with the * month subscription. Last night I tried going into my account to deactivate my profile. I was having trouble logging in because the page just kept freezing in the previous page where I had initially cancelled the first time. *When I was finally able to log in it says that I was a premium member. I go to check the status of my account and they had charged me for the * month subscription! Without me even choosing or confirming anything.
