Visit the Match website.
Scroll all the way down on the Match homepage until you find the "Help/FAQs" link. It's below "Intellectual Property" and above "Contact Us."
Click on the "Help/FAQs" link. Doing so will take you to the Match help page. It says "How can we help you?" at the top.
Find the search bar on the Match help page. It's below "How can we help you?" and has a magnifying glass icon on its right end.
Click on the search bar. Doing so will cause a blue cursor to blink and your phone's keyboard to appear.
Type "Why is my account blocked" into the search bar, then tap the search button on your phone's keyboard.
Look through the search results to find a link that's relevant to your situation. In this case, since you can't access your account, look for the link that says "Unable to Sign In."
Click on the "Unable to Sign In" search result. Doing so will take you to a page of the same name.
Read the information on the "Unable to Sign In" page. It can offer insight into why you can't access your account.
Follow the instructions on the "Unable to Sign In" page to try to access your account. If you're still unable to and need further assistance, please move on to Step 11.
