I thought I was signing up for the Free * day trial, when it got to the payment part, which I thought it for future references, in case I wanted to join after the * Day Free Trial.When I seen you were charging me $**.** at that moment, I tried to erase all my information I'm mediately. I am on Disability and cannot afford such an amount to be pulled from my account at one time. So I contacted you * times in which I have on my phone, asking you to delete my profile, I was not interested, that I would just wait on God to put the right man in my life. I got * response from you that said you would contact me in ** hours, which didn't happen either which lead me to calling your corporate office today to explain what had happened.

I called the corporate office and spoke with a very nice gentleman that refunded my money and sent me a confirmation number. I told him that I had already contacted my bank and that I was going to dispute this transaction. He was understanding and very polite.
