I have been locked out of my account for many days. I attempt to log in automatically and it says wrong password or email. I then request a new password to be sent and nothing happens. I am extremely dissatisfied with this and the lack of customer service. I want my account credited for remaining time and the auto pay to stop - cancel my membership. If I do not get this I will file a complaint.
GetHuman-renedecr did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
