I am writing to request a refund of my most recent charge and credit card information removed from my profile. **The charge incurred today. I no longer needed subscription. I specifically remember i didnt select auto renewal option or anything similar. In addition, I didnt receive any notification in advance. I havent use the service for more than * months already. It is unacceptable to charge me another $** that i am totally unprepared for. **Please issue a refund at your convenience.
