I cancelled my subscription (or at least I thought I did) last month and I was still charged for another three months. I would like to be refunded for the three months I was just charged for. I was under the impression when I went into my account I had changed the auto renew feature. I did not want to cancel my whole account at the time since I had payed for the initial three months, but apparently that is the only way to prevent the auto drafting system.
GetHuman-lrranall did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
