Dear Match, My user name with you is Sim.I subscribed to you some time in August for a period of * months. After that I cancelled my subscription with you and had no intention of subscribing again. And I have not been active on Match since then. But you kept sending me promotional emails and I decided to go through and see what deals await me and I could take advantage of. I was still browsing through, and didn't click on the confirm payment option when a message got to me thanking for my * months subscription. I then checked my account and you have taken $**.** out of that account. I tried to call you immediately this happened, and no one was available to take my call at that time. * What few minutes I scrolled through the account was mostly to go through my profile and look for a way to contact you and delete my account completely. I checked one message and a like in the process. This didn't take more than * minutes. ** First of all the amount you took from my account wasn't the amount advertised for the package you emailed to me. Secondly I was still going through the page and didn't click on the confirm payment button. Now you've charged me for * months subscription and made me a premium member for which I have no interest in at this moment. * Because of this of I have proceeded in completely canceling my membership and hopefully deleted my account completely. ** Please I will like to be refunded for this payment and if my account is not completely deleted, can you please do that for me. I'm sure you offer a good service, but its just not one which is working for me right now. So
