I paid my intro fee of £*.** for one month. I could originally access my account. I forgot my password and have emailed multiple times to have a new one sent. Nothing has been received. I have now been unable to access my account for** hours. I have emailed but again received no reply. This is not the service of a good company. I want my account deleted immediately and no further charges to be taken.
