Good morning my email is *****@***.com my username is cangel**. Match billed me for * month that is what i requested I can screen shots confirmations. I have been fr * wk going on * cannot log in I go to password forgot & don't know where match is sending the password reset to ? It's not going to my email so that I can reset my password. *.. finally I called yesterday spent ** min. with a rep. from match dept couldn't help .... she said couldn't find an account for me I really believe someone has hacked into my account . My daughter got married last wk and haven't had time to do anything but I will be calling my credit card company today. My phone numbr is ***-***-****. Please call I would like to continue with match until Nov. ** that is the last day I have until I can renew again but I am going on * wks I cannot log in it will not take my password. When forgot password is initiated I do not receive the email.
