Hi, when I signed up to match.com, I telephoned and spoke to someone and said that I did not want my membership renewed after * months. The person I spoke to assured me that I wouldn't have another payment taken out after my initial * months, and I thought that would be the case. I have just received my bank statement, and another payment of £**.** has been taken out of my account on the **th September ****.
