Dear Sir or Madam,*I purchased a * month sub by calling your uk no in late spring this year.**The gentleman who talked with me confirmed to me at the end of the call that he woulld make sure that he would put all the necessary stops to ensure my account had non automatic renewal status. He told me towards the end of the call to hold so that he would deal with my request.*Despite that...*I have just noticed that you have in fact done the opposite and charged me £**.**.*I am requesting you to pls look into my case and refund my money as soon as possible.*Thanks *My mobile no is ***********, woukd appreciate a call to explain what went wrong and why.
