My experience with Match was not satisfying. The people I was matched with did not match the information I had entered. I had a difficult time understanding and navigating the website and had made contact with only one person during my * month renewal. I have cancelled my account. However, since I paid upfront for a full-year's subscription I am writing to request at least a partial refund for my payment, since I've only used Match for a minimal amount of time.
