I canceled my membership on July *, and match.com took another membership fee out. I have deactivated my account and no longer wish to use it. I do not want to pay a full months service for something I’m not using. And Match.com says that as long as I cancel before amount is taken that it would stop payment. I would like to request a refund for the amount taken on July * as I am not using my account no longer.
GetHuman-ronbonit did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
